Four Step Admission Process
Step 1: Submit School Application and Fees
To start the admission process, the student or the agent submits the application form, application fee, copy of passport, recent 2-year official transcripts and recommendation letter be a teacher or principal for evaluation, either by mail or email.
After reviewing the above information, the school will issue a Conditional Letter of Acceptance (CLA).
Step 2: Tuition Fee Payment
The student pays the tuition fee and submits custodianship documents after receiving a Conditional Letter of Acceptance (CLA).
Students will get the Offical Letter of Acceptance (OLA) for use when applying for a Study Permit and Visa to Canada.
Step 3: Apply for Study Permit and Visa
Using the OLA from Step 2, students or agent can now proceed to apply for the Study permit and Visa.
Step 4: Welcome Aboard!
After getting the Studt Visa, students report to Innocent Hearts Secondary School with passport, study permit, newcomer profile. Medical insurance coverage shall be activated upon reporting as well.
At this point, the student will work with the school to determine the start date for the student.
